I am so proud to be able to share that our studio recording of Mark Adamo’s Lysistrata with Odyssey Opera has been released and is available on all streaming platforms! Lysistrata quickly gained my respect as one of the most beautiful, wittiest and wisest operas I’ve ever known. Mark Adamo is simply a genius, and I am so honored to have been a part of this production and recording.
Mark Adamo was librettist, composer AND director of our 2025 production (!!!) and the energy, humor and heart he imbues really shines through on this recording, brought to fruition by the wonderful Gil Rose and Boston Modern Orchestra Project (BMOP).
